Before you reach out

For in-person coaching we train at Les Mills Victoria Street in Auckland CBD which requires a membership, or you can pay a $10 concession fee for each session upon entry. For online coaching I'll design your programme around whatever equipment you have access to, including home setups.
It depends on your goals, schedule, and starting point. Most clients train 3–5 days per week, with sessions running 45–75 minutes. The programme is built around your schedule, not an ideal one.
A plan is static. Coaching is dynamic. The programme adapts based on your progress and feedback. Weekly check-ins catch issues early. You have direct access to me, not a support desk or chatbot.
Yes. What I look for is commitment and coachability, not a training background. Some of my best results have come from clients who started from zero.
If you travel frequently, I'll build a parallel travel programme alongside your main plan which focuses on key exercise when time is scarce. Check-ins shift around your timezone. Progress doesn't depend on you being in Auckland every week.
Most clients move onto monthly coaching to keep the momentum going. Some take a break and return for another transformation block later. There's no pressure either way, we'll talk about it as week 12 approaches.
Yes. "Professional" is a mindset, not a job title. I work with anyone who commits to the plan and does the work. My job is to build you a programme that fits your life. Executing it is yours. If you show up and follow through, we'll get on well.
